DS Group is specialized in the supply, installation and technical support of security systems, burglar alarms and cameras, professional audio and video systems, Internet and WiFi networking systems, as well as structured wiring and wireless point-to-point connectivity.
The new website of DS Group needed to showcase the services and products provided by the company to the consumer audience, the development of a support system with an integrated support request system (Ticket System) for existing and new customers – partners in order to be able to manage files – downloads with access levels.
So, we designed and implemented the new website of the company, friendly to all devices (Desktop, Tablet, Laptop and Smarphones) with detailed pages with the descriptions of the Services, with the possibility of managing Files – Downloads for connected or non-connected users, with different levels of access to the available files, e.g. other files are visible to the partners and other files are available to the visitors of the page, Communication and Project Presentation pages – Portfolio. In addition, contact forms – to express interest in acquiring leads – were integrated in all pages of the website.
Finally, we developed a complete Support System – Ticket System which serves all the support requests of the company, both for the requests made internally (in-house), i.e., by phone or email, and externally (on-site) such as requests made to the company’s technicians when they are outside the company, e.g. , at the customer’s site. In this way, valuable data and details for each request are not lost and the procedures move immediately in order to better serve the customer.
